New General Manager at the Superdomes
Thunderbird Management Services Inc. (TMSI) thrilled to announce new General Manager at the Superdomes
Mark Hyne, with more than five years of experience with Thunderbird Management Services Inc. (TMSI) has been announced as the new General Manager of the Superdome Sports Centre and Superdome at Ben Franklin Park.
He takes over for Tena How, who has been introduced as the Club Director at eQuinelle Golf Club, responsible for overseeing the new residents club, food and beverage and facilities operations at the new eQuinelle Residents Club.
Hyne joined TMSI in 2010 as a pro-shop attendant at eQuinelle Golf Club, but was quickly moved into a leadership position. With over 15 years of customer service experience as a reputable leader working with businesses and building long-term relationships with clients, Hyne is the perfect person to take over as General Manager.
“Darin (McCorriston, President of TMSI) and his team have built an amazing company, and I am grateful for having the opportunity to take the Superdomes to a whole new level,” said Hyne. “I am looking forward to working with the team on this, and I’m excited about what lies ahead.”
Over the past five years, Hyne has used his previous career experience to streamline administrative practices at multiple TMSI facilities including the Superdome Sports Centre and Superdome at Ben Franklin Park where he was the Facility Manager.
Prior to entering the recreation industry, Hyne spent eight years as the retail sales manager for a local Rogers Wireless dealer, where he and his team were regional leaders in terms of sales performance and customer service.
