Field Guidelines

The Superdome Sports Centre has developed a field usage policy to provide a systematic method of scheduling playing fields. This policy is also intended to protect the quality and playing condition of the fields.

  • Fees are to be paid BEFORE any player steps on the field.
  • Long term or multiple date bookings must be accompanied by a rental agreement, and be paid for as per the established payment terms.
  • A signed contract/ waiver form is required for every booking.
  • All teams and associations are responsible for keeping time for their own games. All games must finish and all players must be off the field by the end of the 29th or 59th minute of the hour according to the booking without exception to allow the next team on the field.
  • All players have the right to participate in an environment that is free from discrimination and/or harassment. Language or activities that defeat this objective will not be tolerated.
  • Unsportsmanlike behavior will not be permitted. All persons will be required to leave if they cannot control themselves or anyone in their party.
  • All children are under the direct supervision of the person they came with, (parent or guardian) and are not to run loose in the facility.
  • It is the responsibility of the spectators to be aware of play on the field and to take care of their own safety and that of any one in their care.
  • Absolutely no food or drink (with the exception of water) is allowed in the dome.
  • Recycling and garbage receptacles are provided at many areas inside the dome. Please use them.
  • All public areas are tobacco free. The use of tobacco products of any kind is prohibited in the facility.
